Our Story

Athar Educational Society is a non-profit organization based in India, established in 2001 with the mission of empowering minorities and women through education. The organization operates three schools in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, namely Athar Ali Memorial Public School, Tarbiyat Kindergarten, and Athar Ali Higher Secondary School. The Athar Ali Memorial Public School is a co-educational institution that provides education from Nursery to Class VIII. The school follows the State Board's curriculum and offers a range of extracurricular activities with Islamic theology. The school aims to provide high-quality education to students from all backgrounds, especially those from underprivileged communities. Tarbiyat Kindergarten is a school that provides education to children between the ages of three and seven years. The school aims to provide a nurturing environment for young children and focuses on developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. The curriculum at Tarbiyat Kindergarten is designed to help children develop a love for learning and prepare them for primary school. Athar Ali Higher Secondary School is a co-educational institution that provides education that goes till Class XII. The schools affiliated to State Board (English Medium) and offers a range of subjects, including science, commerce, and humanities. The school aims to provide a well-rounded education to students and prepares them for higher education and careers. In addition to operating these three schools, Athar Educational Society also runs several programs to empower women and minorities. The organization provides vocational training programs to women, helping them develop skills that can lead to employment or entrepreneurship opportunities. The organization also runs a health and nutrition program for women and children, providing access to healthcare services and education on nutrition and hygiene.
